Do I need to install anything complex?

No. It opens in the browser and can be installed on your phone as an app (Android or iPhone). Your crew signs in with their email and a code — no passwords — in under 20 seconds.

How do I measure progress without guessing?

You split the site into stages and tasks; the % comes from executed quantity, completed subtasks, or a percentage you enter by hand (ideal for design work). The project total is calculated for you.

Do I need to be online on site?

Yes, Arqnex needs an internet connection. Logging is light and fast, and works fine even on limited signal.

Does it replace WhatsApp and Excel?
