The service

Arqnex is a real-time construction management tool: the team logs progress with photo, audio or text, and a central panel shows the state of each project. It works with an internet connection.

Account and access

Access is passwordless: you identify yourself with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping control of your email and your account activity.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Arqnex lawfully and not to attempt to breach its security, interfere with the service, or use it for unauthorized purposes.

Trial and plans

We offer a one-month free trial with no card. When it ends, you continue on the plan you choose. Plans differ by project and user limits; all include every feature. Current prices are published on the site.

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel it anytime: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for and does not generate refunds for the remaining time.

Your data

The data you enter into Arqnex is yours. If you stop using the service, we help you export it. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Arqnex available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; if the change is significant, we'll let you know. You can stop using Arqnex whenever you want.
