The real % progress of every project, not guesswork

You split the site into stages and tasks, and the percentage is calculated for you. No estimating from experience: the number comes from the work actually done, with owners, statuses and a schedule.

Three ways to measure: by executed quantity, by completed subtasks, or a manual % for design tasks with no physical unit.
Kanban-style statuses (to do, in progress, blocked, in review, done) and a priority per task.

Every entry keeps its type, location, author and time, and slots into the project log on its own. It replaces the WhatsApp group where everything gets mixed up and lost.

You log deliveries, withdrawals and adjustments per project, and the balance is calculated for you. Set a minimum per material and Arqnex flags it when stock crosses the line.

Roles & access

Everyone sees and does what's theirs

Admin, collaborator or operator. The collaborator manages their own projects; the operator advances only their tasks from the field. Passwordless: sign in with an email and a code.

What you need to start

It runs in the browser and installs on the phone as an app (Android or iPhone). Each person signs in with their email and a code, no passwords, in under 20 seconds. All you need is an internet connection: it works well even on weak signal.
